Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe help to make…holiday season the hardest time to eat well. If the plethora of food at holiday parties weren’t enough to disregard a diet at all, there are all those tempting holiday songs. From decking the halls and rockin’ around the tree, it’s a safe bet that whatever you do this holiday season, there will be plenty of food and drink involved.
